5 Animals

A sequence of 5 standing exercises which are based on the movements of a bird, bear, deer, monkey and tiger.  Working with the shape and spirit of each animal brings a feeling of playfulness and freedom to the movements.

9 Golden Dragons

The dragon has a special place in Chinese mythology and these exercises help develop spiral movements which help open the spine and the 5 energy channels of the body.

YiJin

Called muscle transformation exercises this set of 9 exercises aim to stretch and strengthen the muscles and tendons resulting in a more open and flexible structure.

Emei

This set of 12 ancient exercises (10 body and 2 meditation) aim to clear the energy channels of blockages.  They were developed for use by martial artists and bonesetters but useful for anyone who uses their hands.

Sound

These exercises use sound to increase the vibration of different cells and organs in the body.  They are designed to help specific conditions and to cultivate a sense of peace.
