"We meet in a warm and friendly atmosphere, all ages, (I am 91) and in various stages of immobility.  Karen is interested in each one of us and is most helpful with our health problems.  We being our exercises with toe, foot and ankle movements concentrating on each section of the body as we work our way upwards, breathing properly and feeling the improvement in our circulations.

The movements are gentle and within our limitations.  If we prefer to stay seated then we do so.  Or if we begin to hurt then we stop.
